There is no obligation to disclose the personal data requested on the website. If you do not disclose your personal data, you will not be able to use all features of the website.

Data stored that exceeds ordinary pubblic information (address; telephone numbers, company@mails etc.) relevant to your company are normally deleted after 3 months of abeyance.
Data we do not process:

We do not process special categories of personal data pursuant to Article 9 GDPR. Such special categories comprise ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or personal beliefs, trade union memberships, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

We also do not process personal data relating to criminal convictions and offenses pursuant to Article 10 GDPR.

Regarding the purposes set out in Section 3 (i) to (iv) and (vi), the legal basis for processing your personal data is our prevailing legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which is to achieve the purposes stated therein.
Regarding the purposes set out in Section 3 (v), the legal basis for processing your personal data is your express consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw any given consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Regarding the purposes set out in Section 3 (vii) to (ix), the legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of a contract or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

5. Transmission of your Personal Data
For the purposes set out above, we will transmit your personal data to the following recipients:
